HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance 1978 (06) ORDINANCE AMENDMENT WHEREAS petition number 77-13 was received by the St. Croix County Clerk on December 22, 1977, and was referred by the Clerk to the St. Croix County Comprehensive Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee which Committee held a public hearing on the matter January 16, 1978, preceeded by proper notice pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes; and WHEREAS the St. Croix County Comprehensive Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee recomended adoption of the Ordinance setforth below to carry out the intent of this petition. ORDAINED NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT UMIAYP by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors that the following Ordinance be adopted: Amend Sections 5.7.8 and 5.7.9 of the St. Croix County Subdivision Ordinance as follows: 1. Sections 5.7.8 and 5.7.9 are hereby repealed. 2. The following new sections 5.7.8 and 5.7.9 are created to replace the sections repealed: 5.7.8 Storm Water Drainage The subdivision shall be designed with features and facilities permitting the accommodation or maximum ia otentvolume. o ow duringat east a ten year, our rain storm in suc a manner as to present no hazard to lite or property, to minimize soil erosion and sedimentation problems, to ermi.t unimpeded flow of natural watercourses, to assure drainage away rom on site sews a isosal facilTt—ies. eatures and tacilities to achieve this resul t may include but are not limited to curs and gutters, catch basins an inlets ewers, road itc es and open channels, easem ents. or e icae rainraiwaior holding basins. The subdivision shall be designed and executed so as to prevent nreasonablesoil erosion and se imentation, b. Amendment from the Floor to Petition number 77-13 Amending sections 5.7.8 and 5.7.9 of the St. Croix County Subdivision Ordinance I move that we create Section 5.7.9(f) to read: "All obligations required under Sections 5.7.8 and 5.7.9 shall not be considered complete or meeting technical guidelines unless certification or other proof of such is provided."
