WHEREAS petition number 77-14 was received by the St.
Croix County Clerk on December 22, 1977, and was referred by the Clerk
to the St. Croix County Comprehensive Planning, Zoning and Parks
Committee which Committee held a public hearing on the matter January
16, 1978, preceeded by proper notice pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes;
and
WHEREAS the St. Croix County Comprehensive Planning, Zoning
and Parks.Committee recomended adoption of the Ordinance setforth below
to carry out the intent of this petition.
ORDAINED
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT /R N by the St. Croix County
Board of Supervisors that the following Ordinance be adopted:
Amend section 8.4.6(A) of the St. Croix County
Highway Setbacks Ordinance as follows :
1. Section 8.4.6(A) is repealed.
2. A new section 8.4.6(A) is created to read:
8.4.6 Access Driveways
A. Access driveways to highways from abutting properties
comply with the following requirements:
Minimum Distance of Minimum Distance
Highway Frontage Access Driveways

I, F. Verna Stohlberg, County Clerk in and for said County, do hereby
CERTIFY that the foregoing Ordinance Amendment No. 7 (78) is a true and
correct copy of said Ordinance Amendment adopted by the St. Croix County
Board of Supervisors at their melting-held on the 22nd day of February,
1978. Said Ordinance Amendment also amended to read as stated bove.
