WHEREAS petition number 77-19 was received by the St.
Croix County Clerk on December 22, 1977, and was referred by the
Clerk to the St. Croix County Comprehensive Planning, Zoning and
Parks Committee which Committee held a public hearing on the matter
January 16, 1978, preceeded by proper notice pursuant to Wisconsin
Statutes; and
WHEREAS the St. Croix County Comprehensive Planning, Zoning
and Parks Committee recomended adoption of the Ordinance setforth
below to carry out the intent of this petition.
RDAINED
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT �1W by the St. Croix County
Board of Supervisors that the following Ordinance be adopted:
Amend Sections 2.5.1 and 2.5.6 of the
St. Croix County Zoning Ordinance as
follows:
1. Amend Section 2.5.1(c) as follows :
2.5.1 Permitted Uses
(c) Raising or maintaining farm animals in connection with a
single or two-family dwellings � 1i44� $44tt6Vi z,l$,l�k4j. The
standards of Section 2.3.6(c) sub-paragraphs 3 and 4 shall
apply to the raising and maintaining of such animals on
non-farm parcels in the district.
2. A new Section 2.5.1(d) is created to read:
(d) Single family residences.
3. Section 2.5.6(a) (including para. 1-4) is repealed and replaced
with the following:
(a) Two-family dwellings.

Said Ordinance Amendment also amended to read as stated above.
