WHEREAS petition number 78-1 was received by the
St. Croix_County Clerk on January 6, 1978, and was referred by the Clerk
to the St. Croix County Comprehensive Planning, Zoning and Parks
Committee which Committee held a public hearing on the matter
February 10, 1978, preceeded` by proper notice pursuant to Wisconsin
Statutes; and
WHEREAS the St. Croix County Comprehensive Planning,
Zoning and Parks Committee recomended adoption of the Ordinance
setforth below to carry out the intent of this petition.
ORDAINED
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT W30U.EID by the St. Croix County
Board of Supervisors that the following Ordinance be adopted:
Amend the _.Baldwin Township (T29N-Rl6W)
Zoning Map to place the following land
into the Commercial District from the
Ag-residential district:
