WHEREAS petition number 78-3 was received by the St.
Croix County Clerk on January 16, 1978, and was referred by the
Clerk to the St. Croix County Comprehensive Planning, Zoning and
Parks Committee which Committee held a public hearing on the matter
February 10, 1978, preceeded by proper notice pursuant to
Wisconsin Statutes; and
WHEREAS the St. Croix County Comprehensive Planning,
Zoning and Parks Committee recomended adoption of the Ordinance
setforth below to carry out the intent of this petition.
ORDAINED
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT W)gVYTD by the St. Croix County
Board of Supervisors that the following Ordinance be adopted:
Amend the Eau Galle Township (T28N-R16W)
Zoning Map to place the following lands
into the Amended Agricultural Zoning District:
