Renumbering and making
technical corrections in the St. Croix
County Land Use Ordinances.
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County land use ordinances, which were compre-
hensively revised and reprinted in 1974, have subsequently been amended
on several occasions and the supply of printed ordinance books has been
exhausted; and
WHEREAS, in preparing for a printing of a new stock of ordinance books
it was deemed worthwhile to apply a new, more consistent numbering system
to the ordinance sections and to make several non-substantive changes in
the text of the ordinances to correct certain minor editorial defects;
and
WHEREAS, this amendment, when adopted, will put into effect those
numbering changes and technical corrections; and
WHEREAS, this amendment has been duly introduced (on August13, 1978)
by the St. Croix County Comprehensive Parks, Planning and Zoning Committee,
a hearing has been held before said Committee (on August 30,; 1978) preceeded
by class II notice to the public and notice has also been duly afforded to
town governments and other governments and agencies required by law, the
Comprehensive Parks Planning and Zoning Committee has issued a favorable
recommendation in the amendment, no disapproval resolutions or petitions
have been received pertaining to the amendment, and the portions of the
amendment concerning ch. 5 have been the topic of public hearing (on
Septemberl2, 1978) before the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Supervisors of St. Croix County Wisconsin
does hereby ordain that the following amendments are made to the St. Croix
County land use ordinances:

The renumbering listed shall apply to all sections, subsections
and paragraph identification numbering and, with the exception of those
items listed in part 2 hereof, to all numbers appearing in the text of
the ordinance.
