in handling these sales and administers sales of sub-agents, and

defaulted in his obligation to resit funds ressived for sale of State of
Wissomsin hunting, fishing and spertamsn'e liaemsea, and

said Dennis Sloan has been declared issolvent and is now operated by the
State of Wisconsin, Casissiongr of Insurance, and
WHgpyAS claim has been mads Upon the County Clark for St. Croix CoimtY
for the amount which said Dennis Sloan has defaulted, and
WHEMAS said County Clerk for St. Croix County is blameless in this
matter, yet liable for this amayet of OMW,
TKUMPM BE IT RZSOLVZD by the St. Croix Comty Board of 8nperrisers
in regular session that the Clark for St. Croix County be authorised to pay
to the State of Wisconsin, Department of Natural Resovives, the sum of *660,00,
which aim represents the amount in default by Dennis Nisan of Wilson, Wisconsin,
AND BE IT FDRTM RZSoLVND that the Diotrist Attorney for St. Croix Coesiy
is authorised and requested to take sash s'taDs as he desas appropriate to sseure
reimbursement to the County in the amount of !660.00, and this amount is
accordingly
transferred from the general Pond to the appropriate fund of the
St. Croix County Clerk for payment to the Department of Natural Resources.
