CROIX CL'IEff��€3AIi�C� WHEREAS Chapter 5..7.6(2) of the St. Croix County Zoning Ordinance specifies minimum lot sizes with no reference to township regulations, and WHEREAS it in the interests of the citizens of the St. Croix County to provide for maximum control of land usage at the lowest unit of government responsive to the needs of the citizens; THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE COUNTY BOARD) OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF ST: CROI% DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: That Chapter 5.7.6(2) of the St. Croix Zoning Ordinance shall be amended to read: Chapter 5.7.6(2) Lot size shall conform to the St. Croix County Zoning Ordinance ..,,.'or the minimum lot size regulation of a duly adopted township ordinance, and the State of Wisconsin Sanitary Code; and to the following standards of this ordinance: (a) Corner iota shall b*`'Jlatted with a width at least 15 feet wider thip the minimum requ rqA by the zoning ordinance. (b) The Comaittee may require that lots in subdivisions which ars subject to the requirements set forth in Section 5.6.4(2) and which are allowed to be occupied on an interim basis under SeoUda 5.6.4(3), be arranged and dimensioned so as to allow orderly re-subdivision of such parcels upon availability of sanitary sewer service; in addition, the committee may establish control over the use and/or re-subdivision of intorim multiple lots by contract or covenant requirements. (o) The Committee may require that large lots in a rural location be restricted against further re-subdivision by restrictive covenants with the County Being granted enforcement and waiver rights pursuant to Section 236.293 of. the Wisconsin Statutes in the interest of enforcing the policies and standards of Section 5.6-5.
