RESOLUTION AMENDING LARGE ASSEMBLY ORDINANCE
WHEREAS St. Croix County, by its Ordinance Regulating Large
Assemblies, has expressed a desire to assist in presentation of large assemblies
by regulating same in order to assure the welfare of the citizens of St. Croix
County and others, and
WAEREAS said Ordinance is in need of amendment to adjust its
provisions to reflect hazards:
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors
in regular session that the following paragraphs in the Ordinance Regulating Large
Assemblies be amended as follows:
(A) Paragraph II LICENSE REQUIRED be amended to read"2,000 or
or more people" instead of 5,000 as shown.
(B) Paragraph II, Letter "C", be amended to read "2,000 or more
people", instead of 5,000 as shown. -
(C) Paragraph III CONDITIONS FOR ISSUING LICENSE, Number 10 under
"B" be amended to read 11250 people" instead of 750 as shown.
(D) Paragraph IV APPLICATION, under "A" be amended to read 112,000 or
more persons" instead of 5,000 as shown.
(E) Paragraph IV APPLICATION under number 3 be amended to read
"2,000 or more persons" instead of 5,000 as shown. ;<
