WHEREAS, the Wisconsin Division of Highways has advised the St. Croix County
Highway Department the two bridges in the Village of Wilson on C.T.H. 1171 should
be replaced as soon as possible, and
WHEREAS, it has been determined by the St. Croix County Highway Department
to replace these two bridges at an estimated cost of approximately d -,09A,9A, and
WHEREAS, in the interest of public safety these two bridges should be replaced
as soon as possible, and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Highway Department does not have funds available
to replace these two bridges, and
WHEREAS, St. Croix County receives certain funds known as Federal Revenue
Sharing Funds, and, these funds may be used on emergency projects within St. Croix
County,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that tl( of these Federal Revenue Sharing
Funds be set aside for the construction of the above named two bridges, and when
the actual cost of construction is known that actual amount needed be transferred
to the St. Croix County Highway Departmentfs "County Aid-Road Construction Fund".
