RECOM MATION BY ST. CROIX COUNTY BOARD,OF MPERVISORS REGARDI1SKv
APPOIN74NT OF DISTRICT ATTORNEY FOR ST. CROIX COMM
WHEWAS Owen R. Williams, District Attorney for St. Croix County, has
announced his resignation from that position effective October 15, 1975, and
WHEREAS Govern$r Patrick Lucey shall appoint the successor to Owen
R. Williams, and a'
WHEREAS Eric J. Lundell, Assistant District Attorney for St. Croix County,
is desirous of this appointment as District Attorney for St. Croix County, and
WHEREAS the St. Croix Comty Board of Supervisors believes this Assistant
is fully qualified to handle the position of District Attorney for St. Croix
County, and
WHEREAS the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors feels that it is in the
best interests of St. Croix County to appoint this position from within its
employee ranks;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVW by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors
in regular session that it be hereby reconmerAed to Governor Patrick Lucey that
he appoint the Assistant District Attorney for St. Croix County, Eric J. Lundell,
to fill the vacant position of District Attorney for St. Croix County.
