WHEREAS federal legislation etfeotive July 1, 1975 provides
that counties can obtain 75?L reixburaement of all local costs in-
curred for the collection of child. support and establishment of
paternity activities for the period of �tuly through September, 1975,
a
WHEREAS county agencies',have and are currently collecting child
support and establishing paternity out of existing budget, and
WHEREAS, to qualify for 75% federal reimbursement to St. Croix
County a local IV D agency must be designated to enter into con-
tractual agreements with the State IST D agency, and
''MEREAS, the local IV D agency must be submitted to the Division
of Family Services, Madison, Wisconsin by October 31, 1975 to gain
reimbursement to St. Croix County,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the St. Croix County Board
of Supervisors in regplar session empower the Welfare (Social Services)
Committee with the authority to designate a St. Croix County IV D
agency t: e alify for federal reimbursement to the general fund.
