WT7,RFAS, the Rustic Roads Board at their meeting on August 11, 1975, accepted
the petition by the St. Croix County Highway Committee to place 8,27 miles of town
roads in the Townships of Glenwood and Springfield on the Rustic Roads System, and
WHEREAS, these Rustic Roads are the responsibility and under the jurisdiction
of the St. Croix County Highwav Committee, and
WHFRFAS, it has been determined that it is necessary to replace the Beaver
Valley Bridge and the Alleman Bridge that are on the segment of Rustic Roads that
runs between S.T.H. "12811 and C.T.H. "F", and,
WHEREAS, funds were raised at the November 1971 Session of the St. Croix County
Board of Supervisors by the adoption of resolution Number 14 "County, Aid Bridge
Construction" in the amounts .of $9,500,00 for the county's share of the Beaver Valley
Bridge and $1,250.00 for the county's share of the Alleman Bridge, and
WHERF'AS, these funds remain in the St. Croix County Highway Department Is "County
Aid Bridge Fund" account as these bridges were never constructed,
NOW THEREFORE BF IT RFSnLVED, these funds be transfered by the Hig_hwav Department
to it's "Rustic Roads Fund" account.
