^THEREAS, the relocation order for the relocation of C.T.N. "E" in the Town of
St. Joseph, Section 33 and 34, T 30N, Rl%!, P s adopted on November 14, 1973
by the St. Croix County 'Board of Supervisors.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RFSOLVTM, that the following portion of C.T.H. "E" be
reverted to the Town of St. Joseph with centerline described as follows:
Commencing at the S.W. Corner of Section 34, T 30N, Rl%T, thence NOo 12108" W
(true) on the West line of said Section 34, 118.16 feet to the point of beginning,
being Station 148+81.41 of Project RS 0556(10) C.T.A. "E", thence North and North-
westerly on the centerline of C.T.H. "F" as shown on Project SO 556(5) Laxed out
and traveled on Janua.r7 1, 1955, to a point on the tangent line at Station 117+00
of Proect RS 0556(10) C.T.H. "E" a total of approximately 0.74 mile.
