ADJUSTMENT TO 1975 BUDGET CONCERNING INFORMATION AND REFERRAL
SERVICE FUNDING
WHEREAS the 1975 budget for St. Croix County provides $1,150.00
funding for L.I.N.K. .--Referral Service, and
WHEREAS it is not lawful for St. Croix County to directly fund
such a program under the Wisconsin Enabling Statutes, and
WHEREAS it is in the interests of St. Croix County that the
county participate in providing information and referral services
for senior citizens and other citizens, and
WHEREAS such a program may be lawfully funded by the St. Croix
County Council on Aging, and
WHEREAS St. Croix County may lawfully assist 5t. Croix County
Council on Aging in achieving its programs•,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the St. Croix County Board of Super-
visors in regular session that budget item No. 59992, in the amount
of $1,150.00 designated for L.I.N.K. Referral Service be withdrawn,
and the sum of 01,150.00 returned to the general fund,
AND BE 1T FURTHER RESOLVED THAT $1,150.00 is appropriated from
the general fund; and transferred therefrom to the St. Croix County
Council on Aging budget.
