WHEREAS ST. CROIX COUNTY is owner of certain land By virtue of a Tax
Deed dated November 30, 1973 and recorded with the Register of Deeds for
St. Croix County, Wisconsin in Volume 505, Page 573, said land being
described as follows:
Town of Springfield: Lot 4 Section 28-29-15
Block 28 - Village of Hersey
WHEREAS, a Sale of said Property has been negotiated and sold for
ONE HUNDRED FIFTY and No/100 DOLLARS ($150.00) to David A. and Dorothy
Petorson, New Richmond, Wisc.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the St. Croix County Board of
Supervisors at their Regular Session held on 13 It* day of T075
directs and authorizes the Clerk of said County to execute a deed of
said property to David A. and Dorothy Peterson.
