WHEREAS ST. CROIX COUNTY is owner of certain land by virtue of a
Tax Deed dated September 29, 1961 and recorded with the Register of Deeds for
St. Croix County, Wisconsin in Volume 380 Page 529, said land being
described as follows: City of New Richmond:
OUT LOT 290 of the Rearangement of Part of
the Outlot Map of the City of New Richmond.
Section 36-31-18.
WHEREAS, a Sale of said Property has been negotiated and sold for
EIGHT THOUSAND AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($8,000.00) to Thomas A. Johnson,
New Richmond, Wisc.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the St. Croix County Board of
Supervisors at their Regular Session held on the /3t� day of Alo�'--aber,
1975 directs and authorizes the Clerk of said County to execute a deed
of said property to Thomas H. Johnson.
