TITLE: RESOLUTION DELETING SECTIONS 6'.3.3('d) and (e) FROM THE
ST. CROIX COUNTY ZONING ORDINANCE.
WHEREAS St. Croix County. Zoning Ordinance Sections 6.3.3(d)
and (e) are presently valid sections of said Ordinance; and
WHEREAS said Ordinance Sections 6.3.1 contains all
provisions of the above sections, by incorporating by reference all
applicable sewage disposal rules, regulations and laws as set forth
in the Wisconsin Statutes and the Wisconsin Administrative Code; and,
WHEREAS Sections 6.3.3(d) and (e) are presently obsolete, in
part, because the Wisconsin Administrative Code is being updated
periodically while said Sections have not been updated; and,
WHEREAS Sections 6.3.3(d) and (e) are therefore obsolete
and repetitious;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the St. Croix County
Board of Supervisors, meeting in regular session, hereby delete
from the St. Croix County Zoning Ordinance Sections 6.3.3(d) and
(e) .
