RESOLUTION ADOPTING ORDINANCE AMENDING ST. CROIX COUNTY
ZONING ORDINANCE
WHEREAS it isin.the interest of the citizens,of St. Croix,Countya,nd
others to amend the St. Croix County Zoning Ordinance to-make said ordinance
more responsive to the policies advanced therein, and
WHEREAS appropriate public hearings have been lawfully held concerning
said.amendments,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the St. Croix County $oard of Supervisors
in regular session that the foliowing Ordinance , attached hereto,
is adopted to become effective upon publication in;the official county newspaper.

ORDINANCE #� ,
TITLE: An ordinance to amend certain sections of the St. Croix County
Zoning Ordinance to eliminate the requirement of certificates of compliance
and fees therefore.
EREAS, it is deemed desirable to eliminate certificates of compliance
as an enforcement device for the St. Croix County zoning ordinance; and
WHEREAS, thio amending ordinance was introduced and a,hearing duly
held by the St. Croix County Comprehensive Planning, Zoning and Parisi
Committee on at the St. Croix County Courthouse and a
favorable recommendation having been made on the proposed amendment by,

said Committee,
NOW THEREFORE the County Board of Supervisors of the County of
St. Croix do ordain asofollows: That the following amendment be made in
Chapter `J of the St. Croix County ZoninglOrdinanee:
i
1. 'i Section 9.3.1(2) be repealed;
2. Section 9.3.2(3)(g) be amended to strike the words
or certificates of compliance" and adding the word
"or" between the words "permits," and "special
exceptions";
3. Section 9.3.2(3)(h) be repealed
4. Section 9.3.3(1) be amended to strike the language—
"Certificate of Compliance Paid to, Deputy Zoning
Administrator for transmittal to County Zoning
