RESOLUTION DESIGNATING ST. CROIX COUNTY IV D CHILD SUPPORT AGENCY

WHEREAS the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors empowered
the Social Services Committee at its October 21, 1975 regular
session to designate a local IV D child support agency,, and
WHEREAS the Social Services Committee on November 4, 1975
designated the St. Croix County District Attorney's Office as the
local IV D child support agency,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED AND IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the
St. Croix County Board of Supervisors designates the St. Croix
County District Attorney's Office as St. Croix County's local IV D
agency.
