WHEREAS, the Juvenile Judge for St. Croix County has requested that the
position of Juvenile Court Intake Worker be established within the Juvenile
Court Division of the County Court of St. Croix County, and
WIIEREAS, said proposal has been reviewed by the Personnel Committee and the
needs for such program evaluated;
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors in
regular session that the position of 'Uuvenile Court Worker -- Intake and Referral"
is established within the Juvenile Court Division of St. Croix County; said worker
to advise the Juvenile Court on all intake and referral matters involving juveniles
under the supervision of the County Court of St. Croix County -- Juvenile Court
Division.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the sum of $11,000 be appropriated and trans-
ferred from the General Fund to the Budget of the Juvenile Court and the 1975 salary
for this position be established at $8,800.
