WHEREAS the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provides for a plamaing
and zoning committee to act in all matters; pertaining to county planning
and zoning and
WHEREAS the St. Croix County Board has established the Comprehensive
Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee: and
WHEREAS at the :request of the County Board this committee is to review
petition, hold public hearings and report its recommendations t9the County
Board far action: and
WHEREAS the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning and parks Committee has
fullfilled its duties on the petition of Herbert Turner.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Comprehensive Planning,
Zoning and Parka Committee recommends apparoval for the rezonement to
commercial from agriculture of the following land:
Starting at the Junction of Highway 12 and: the east line of the Village
of Hammond: then 840 feet East, then 610 feet South, then 840 feet
West, then North 610 feet to point of beginning. Containing 1.2.0 acres.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLD that the St. Croix; County Board consider the
said recommendations as presented and take action for the adoption of same.
