WHEREAS the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provides;for a planning
and zoning committee to act in all matters pertaining to county planning
and zoning: and
WHEREAS the St. Croix County Board has established the Comprehensive
Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee. and
WHEREAS at the request of the County Board this committee is to review
petition, hold public` hearings and report its recommendationsto the County
Board :Ear, action. and
WHEREAS the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee has
fullfilled its duties on the petition of St. Joseph Township.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Comprehensive Planning,
Zoning and Parks Committee reco ends approval for the rezonement to
commercial from agricultural of the following lard:
A parcel of land described as follows: All property lying North of an
East-West lige from Cty. Rd. A. to Siiott Road. Said liiis ling approx-
matealy, 438 feet North and paralleling St, .Joseph Town line containing
approximately 10 acres.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Stw Croik County Board consider
the said recommendations as presented and take action for the adoption
of same.
