WHEREAS the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provides for a planning
and zoning committee to act in all, matters pertaining to county planning
and zoning: and
WHEREAS the St. Croix County Board has established the Comprehensive
Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee: and
WHEREAS at the request of the County Board this committee is to review
petition, hold public hearings and report its recommendations to the County
Board for action: and
WHEREAS the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee has
fullfilled its duties on the petition of Gene Swanson,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Comprehensive Planning
Zoning and Parks Committee recommends approval for the rezonement to
industrial from agricultural of the following land:
All that part -of the West 21 rods of the West Half of the Northwest
Quarter of Section Seven, T31N,R18W, Star Prairie Twn. , St. Croix Co. ,
Wisconsin, described as follows: Commencing at the northwest corner
of Seca 7, T31N,R18W, St. Croix Co. , Wisconsin; thence South along the
West line of said Sec. 7 for 1435.35 feet to the point of beginning of
this description: Thence continuing South along said West line of Sec.
7 for 208.71 feet; thence East at right angles for 208.71 feet; thence
North at right angles for 208,71 feet; thence West at right angles for
208,71 feet to the point of beginning. Containing 1.00 acre, more or
less, subject to the right-o£-way of the N-S Twp. Road.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the St. Croix County Board consider
the said recommendations as presented and take action for the adoption of
same.
