RESOLUTION 1pr
WHEREAS, the 1973" Federal-Aid Highway Act contains provisions for financing highway
projects on the Federal-Aid Urban System, within designated urban area
boundaries, and
WHEREAS, the City of Hudson in conjunction with local officials of the affected
Townships and the Village of North Hudson has established an appropriate
1980 urban boundary and a 1980 Street Functional Classification Plan
which is to be converted to the Hudson Area Federal-Aid Urban System, and
WHEREAS, some of the County Trunk Highways within that urban boundary are Federal-Aid
Secondary Routes,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the St. Croix County Highway Committee:
That the St. Croix County Highway Committee hereby requests Wisconsin DOT
and FHWA concurrence to remove the following routes from the Federal-Aid
Secondary System and to establish them on the Hudson Area Federal-Aid Urban s
System:
1. CTH "F" from the intersection of the South Frontage Road to the south
urban area boundary. FAS 867
2. CTH "UU" from the east corporate limits to the east urban area boundary.
FAS 553
3. CTH "A" from the east corporate limits to the east urban area boundary.
FAS 1299
BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the County Highway Committee Chairman be authorized to
affix his signature to the subsequent Hudson Urban Area Boundary and
System Map which will depict the aforementioned urban boundary and FAU system.
Approved on this day of December, 1974, by the County Highway Committee,
St. Croix County, Wisconsin.
