Social Service Department Employee

WHEREAS, Mr. Edward L. Schilling, Social Worker IV, was promoted
to Social Work Supervisor I effective November 1, 1974, by action of
the Social Service Committee: and
WHEREAS, the State Merit Plan requires a 4% salary adjustment when
a promotion is granted and an additional 4% on successful completion of
a six-month probationary period: and
WHEREAS, THE Social Servcie Committee approved the salary adjust-
ment ab follows to comply with the State Merit System:
Current Salary $1,006.00
Promotion 4% adjustment 40.00
$1,046.00 effective 11-1-74
1975 Salary adjustment
previously adopted 95.00
$1,141.00 effective 1-1-75
4% adjustment completion
of probation 46.00
$1,187.00 effective 5-1-75
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the St. Croix County Board
of Supervisors confirms and approves the salary adjustment as set forth
in this resolution. 4�
