RESOLUTION ,
PAY ADJUSTMENTS FOR DESIGNATED EMPLOYEES
OF ST. CROIX COUNTY
WHEREAS, St, Croix County has designated its Personnel Committee to
review and evaluate the wage and salary compensation paid to its employees, and
WHEREAS, the Personnel Committee has met with departmental heads-of
county departments to review the pay and benefits of county employees, and y

UIMWAS, the Personnel Committee has reviewed the County and National
economic situation and evaluated the past wage, benefit, and bargaining history
of St. Croix County, and
WHEREAS, the Personnel Committee has negotiated with the bargaining -
agent of the employees of the St. Croix Highway Department and recommended
.a wage and benefit settlement to the Highway Committee of the St. Croix County
Board of Supervisors, and
WHEREAS, the Personnel Committee has determined that it is equitable and
necessary that salary and benefits of St. Croix County Employees be adjusted
for the Year 1975,
THEREFORE BE TT RESOLVED by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors
in regular session that the following salary and wage rate adjustments contained
in Appendix A through K are made for St. Croix County Employees for t:^e Year 1975:

APPENDIX A
SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT
1. All personnel in the Sheriff's Department shall receive an additional
$115.00 per month over the rates established for 1974, excepting the Administrative
Assistant.
2. All personnel in Sheriff's Department shall receive up to five and one-half per cent.

of the employee's wage for payment of employee's share of payments to the Wisconsin
Retirement Fund Program.
3. All personnel in the Sheriff's Department shall receive a maximum of $30.00
per month as a county contribution to the cost of the Group Hospitalization and
Major Medical Policy sponsored by St. Croix County.
4. Dispatchers and Matrons will receive the sum of $100.00 yearly as a
uniform allowance to become due and payable at the expiration of one year's
service in a lump sum and yearly thereafter.
5. Part-time Deputy Sheriff's not engaged as dance inspectors shall receive the
siun of $3.20 per ho?)-r.
6. Night matron shall be paid $3.20 per hour with a minimum of two hours payable
if called out to work for a non-continuous tour of ditty.
�- 7. Sheriff's Administrative Assistant shall receive $13,500.00 per year.
8. Part-time custodial workers shall be paid $2.50 per hour.
APPENDIX B
ST. CROIX JOB CENTER

1. Director $11,500,00 per year
2. Assistant Director 9,600.00 per year
3. St. Croix County will pay one hundred per cent of the employee's share of the
payments to the Wisconsin Retirement Fluid Program up to five per cent of the '^
employee's salary.
4. St. Croix County will pay up to $30.00 per month as a County contribution to
the cost of the Group Hospitalization and Major Medical Policy sponsored by St. Croix
County.

APPENDIX C
PARKS AND ZONING DEPARTMENTS
1. Zoning Administrator shall receive $7,500.00 per year. 3 :
2. Assistant Zoning Administrator shall receive $9,600.00 per year.
3. Parks Director shall receive $11,300 per year.
4. All employees listed above shall receive up to $30.00 per month as a
County contribution to the cost of the Group Hospitalization and Major Medical
Police sponsored by

PUBLIC HEALTH NURSING SERVICE
1. Director $13,000 per year.
2. Deputy Director 9,600 per year.
3. Public health Nurse 8,150 per year.
4. Part-time Public Health Nurses $4.80 per hour
5. Home Health Aides $2.85 per hour
6. Part-time clerical workers $2.50 per hour
.Employees within the Public Health Nursing Service who work in excess of
twenty-four hours per week shall be entitled to a county benefit of up to $30
per month as St. Croix 7ounty's contribution to group hospitalization and major
medical insurance and Wisconsin State Retirement Contribution benefit.
