PETITIONING FOR ADVANCE OF S. T. HIGHWAY ALLOTMENTS
ST. CROIS COUNTY
WHEREAS, the County Hoard on November 13, 1974, adopted Resolution No. 87
(copy attached) petitioning for the advance of State Trunk Highway Allotment
Funds for the improvement of portions of S. T. Highway 64 between
U. S. Highway 63 and the East County Line.
WHEREAS, there is a need to accomplish the improvement of portions of S. T. Highway
64 between the West County Line and Houlton (Houlton -Hill) at an
estimated cost of $50,000.00.
WHEREAS, federal funding is now available for a portion of the cost for the
Oroposed improvement of S. T. Highway 64 between U. S. Highway 63 and
the Fast County Linea
BE IT RESOLVED, that the State Highway Commission is hereby petitioned to accept
said Resolution No. 87, adopted on November 13, 1974,as hereby amended,
to include the improvement of a portion of S. T. Highway 64 between the
West County Line and Houlton (HoultonHin).
