WHEREAS the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provides for a planning
and zoning committee to act in all utters pertaining to county planning
and ?oning• and
WHEREAS the St. Croix County Board. has established the Comprehensive
Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee: and
,,71 REAS at the request of the County Board this committee is to review
petition, hold public hearings and report its reco-nendations to thca County
Board for action: and
VII.EREAS the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee has
fullfil.led its duties on the petition of Henry Weeks.
NOW, THEREFORE, E IT KESOLVED that the Comprehensive Planning, -
Zoning and Parks Committee recoraaend.s approval for the rezonement to
industrial from agriculture of the following land:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of Section 32; thence South along
the 'gpat ling: of said Section .•a distance of 2391.72' to the point of
beginning; thence S 36°58' F 523.44' 9 thence S 01°03' W 716.64' to
the northerly line of the Minneapolis, St. Paul, and Salt St. Marie
Railroad; thence N 37°10' W along said. Northerly line 510.19' to the

to the point of beginning. Contains 8.5081 acres.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVLD that the St. Croix County Board consider the
said recommendations as presented and take action for the adoption of sam.a.
