WHEREAS the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provides for a planning
and zoning committee to act in all matters pertaining to county planning
and zoning: and
WHEREAS the St. Croix County Board has established the Comprehensive
Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee: and
WHEREAS at the request of the County Board this committee is to review
petition, hold public hearings and report its recommendations to the County
Board for action: and
WHEREAS the Comprehensive Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee has
fullfilled its duties on the petition of A. & R. Inc.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Comprehensive Planning,
Zoning and Parks Committee recommends approval for the rezonement to
residential from agriculture of the following land:
116 acres of land in the UF 1/4 of Section 4, Township of Troy.
.`:'BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the St. Croix County Board consider the
said recommendations as presented and take action for the adoption of
same.
