RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING SALARY ADJUSTMENTS OF HIGHWAY EMPLOYEES
WHEREAS, the Personnel Committee of the St. Croix County Board of
Supervisors has met and negotiated with A.F.S.C.M.E, in representing St. Croix. 3
County employees in the Highway Department, and
WHEREAS, said negotiations resulted in Resolution 2(75) being approved
by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors, recommending a Wage and Benefit
Proposal for adoption to the Highway Committee of the St. Croix County Board
of Supervisors, and
WHEREAS, said Wage and Benefit Proposal contained scriviner's errors and
matters which need clarification, j

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors
in regular session that Resolution 2(75) is re pealed and replaced by Resolution

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Wage and Benefit Proposal, a copy of which is
attached Hereto and made a part hereof by reference is recommended by this body
to the Highway C',rani.tt,re for adoption and implementation for Year, 1975.

Parts runner, currently held by Clifford Medea, will receive
$5.12 per hour
That the rates of say for the following supervisory positions shall be
as follows:
Highway Commissioner $16,500 annually
Patrol Supervisor $16,000
Construction Engineer $13,764
Assistant Construction Engineer $12,750
These sums in each case include amounts currently paid as a meal allowance
and no additional meal allowance will be paid.
Positions currently held by the following persons will be paid as follows:
$5.18 per hour

$4.68 per hour

$3.88 per hour

$900 - $1,150 per month
Office Manager
The County will pay 100 of the employee's share of the Wisconsin State
Retirement Program to a maximum of 5% of the employee's salary.
They will additionally receive a maximum of $30 as the County's share of the
Employee Health and Welfare Package on the premium of the employee group insurance,
and major medical insurance premium.
