A RESOLUTION TO PURCHASE NEW EMERGENCY ELECTRICAL POWER GENERATOR.
WHEREAS, St. Croix County maintains an emergency electrical power system .
in the St. Croix County Jail to provide electricity when commercial electricity
is not available, and
WHEREAS, said existing emergency power system is not adequate to provide
electricity for the entire jail complex should commercial power fail, and
WHEREAS, it is deemed desirable, and in the best interests of St. Croix
County in protecting against disaster complications to have a 45 kilowatt
capacity electrical power system at the St. Croix County Jail,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED oy the St. Croix County Board in regular session
that the sum of $11,215..37 is hereby appropriated to purchase and install a
45 kilowatt electrical power system at the St. Croix County Jail, and the sum
of $11,215.37 is hereby transferred from the St. Croix County Federal Revenue
Sharing Fund Account to the County Jail Outlay Account.
