RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SALE OF COUNTY-OWNED REAL ESTATE
WHEREAS, St. Croix County owns a building in the Village of Wilson which
has been used as a St. Croix County Highway Shop, and
WHEREAS, said building is surplus to the needs of St. Croix County, and
WHEREAS, the Village of Wilson has bid the sum of $3,381.00 for this
building, and
WHEREAS it is in the best interests of St. Croix County to accept this bid,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors
in Regular Session that the St. Croix County Highway Shop, located on
Lot e, Block 6, original plat, located in the Village
of Wilson, Township of Springfield, St. Croix County
be sold to the Village of Wilson for the sum of $3,381.00, and the County Clerk
for St. Croix County is hereby authorized to draw a deed conveying said property
upon tender of $3,381.00.
