RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING REFUND OF PROPERTY TAXES
WHEREAS, Gordon Hoitomt is a resident and property

owner in the Town of Forest, County of St. Croix, State
of Wisconsin, and

WHEREAS, Gordon Hoitomt was incorrectly assessed
property taxes in an amount of $10.55 on approximately _

2 acres in the NE of NE of Sec, 25, T31 N, R 15 W except
land on the North side of Old 64 Highway of St. Croix
County and in the amount of $55.37 on approximately 40
acres in the SW of NE of Sec. 25, T31 N, R 15 W of St.
Croix County, Wisconsin for the year 1972, and
WHEREAS, Gordon Hoitomt paid said property taxes in
the amount of ?65.92 to the Town of Forest which has since
been paid to the County Treasurer of St. Croix County, and
WHEREAS, Gordon Hoitomt was not the fee owner of said
property but was owned by Richard Bridges, and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED AND HEREBY RESOLVED by
the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors in regular
session that the County Clerk be authorized and directed
to issue a check to Gordon Hoitomt in the amount of $65.92
for taxes incorrectly paid to St. Croix County, Wisconsin.
