RESOLUTION DIRECTING QUARTERLY REPORTS OF PER DIEM PAM4ENTS
FOR COUNTY BOARD NMSERS ENGAGED IN WORK FOR HIGHWAY COMMITTEE
AND UNIFIED BOARD
WHERE,43, the minutes of St. Croix County reflect sums of
money paid to members of the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors for
performance of committee work, anal
WHEREAS, no provisions currently exists by which the county
board minutes reflect amounts of money paid to supervisors for committee
work performed for the Highway Committee, and the Unified Board of
St. Croix County,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the St. Croix County Board of
Supervisors in regular session that the Chairman of the Highway Committee
of the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors, and the Chairman of the
Unified Board of St. Croix County, be directed to submit to the Secretary
of the County Board reports of all sums paid to members of the St. Croi-:.
County Board of Supervisors for coim.ittee work performed the committee, said
report to be presented to the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors not
less than once each three months of each year, said report to be published
in the minutes of the St. Croix County Board of Supervisor's regular session
for the first meeting following said report.
