RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ST. CROIX COUNTY INVOLVEMENT IN
LAW ENFORCEMENT MUTUAL ASSISTANCE PACT
WHEREAS, joint agreements relating to inter—county use of
Sheriff facilities and personnel are authorized pursuant to
Wisconsin Statute 66.305, and
WHEREAS the counties of Barron, Chippewa, Clark, Eau Claire, }folk
Dunn, Pierce, Pepin and St. Croix have deemed it in the interest of the
citizens of said counties to provide for the public safety in case of
extraordinary or catastrophic conditions,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the St. Croix County Board in
regular session that St. Croix County enter into a joint agreement relating
to inter—county use of Sheriff's facilities and personnel, a copy of which
is attached hereto and made of part hereof by incorporation, and the Chairman
of the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors is authorized and directed to sign
same for St. Croix County.
