RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AN OFFER By THE `STATE OF WISCONSIN DEPARTMENT OF INDUSTRY
LABOR AND HUMAN RELATIONS TO PROVIDE A BUDGET SUPPLEMENT, AND AUPHORIZING REVIEW
AND ADJUSTMENT OF THE AGREEMENT IN AUGUST 1975 BY THE FINANCE AND BUDGET COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the State of Wisconsin Dept. of Industry Labor & Human Relations
has made an offer on December 17, 1974 to St. Croix County which will provide
a supplerient to the County Job Service Center budget for the period June 30, 1975
through December 31, 1975, and
WHEREAS, the terms of this agreement have been tentatively negotiated
between the County Board Chairman of St. Croix County, and the Administrator of
the State Department of Industry Labor and Human Relations, and
WHEREAS, this agreement will provide the County Job Service Center wirb
administrative suFport, and relief of certain operating costs, of which a copy
is attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A", and is made a part of this resolution as
if set forth fully herein, and -
WHEREAS, this agreement is renewable annually with negotiations taking
place during the montiz of Auguste-prior to the initiation of each agreement, and
WHEREAS, the services of the County Job Service Center a the St. Crc,ix County
residents will be eniianced by a cooperative effort between St. Croix County and
the Stateof Wisconsin Department of Industry Labor and Hunan Relations,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the St. Croix County Board in regular session
that they accept the offer made by the State of Wisconsin Department of Industry
Labor and Human Relat=ons to St. Croix County; and
BE IT FUR'I`JEF FESOLVED that the matter of the review and adjustment of the
agreement between S_. Croix County and the Department of Industry Labor and
Human Relations, tc, Ca node in August. 1975,.
be referred to the Finance and Budget
Committee of the St. ;ro:ix County Board of Supervisors for their appropriate action.
