WHEREAS Stanley Clause requires easement for access to
his field adjacent to newly relocated County Trunk F,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the County Highway Committee
be authorized to execute the attached easement granting such right of
access in return for the agreement of Stanley Clausen to hold and
save St. Croix County harmless:for any damages arising from his use
of the easement, and to pay any damage which may be caused to the
property through his use of the easement.
