CHAPTER 451, LAWS of 1969
WHEREAS: The repeal of section 145.15 of the Wisconsin Statutes
and the inactment of Chapter 451, Laws of 1969, which relates to
State permits for private sewage systems, and
WHEREAS: It becomes necessary for the St. Croix County Board of _-"-
Sypervisors, hereby, designate a duly authorized agent to issue
these Septic Tank Permits.
THEREFORE be it resolved, that the Zoning Administratior of St.
Croix County be duly appointed, as the issuing and enforcement -- --
0
agent of all septic tank permits in and for St. Croix County.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: that all refunds from the State for
Septic tank permits be credited into the Septic Tank Permit
account then transferred into the Zoning Department.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That in as much as Septic Tank Permit
fees are now set at $10.00, that this fee remain in effect in
St. Croix County until further notice.
