RESOLUTION
ENFORCEMENT AND PENALTIES
WHEREAS: It is necessary that additions be made in the St. Croix County
Zoning Ordinance to up-date and clarify said Ordinaries.
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED: That the following additions be made:
19.0 Enforcement and Penalties
(1) Any premises building hereinafter erected, moved or structually
altered or any use hereinafter established in violation of the
provisions of this Ordinace by any person, firm, association,
corporation (including building contractors or his or their agent)
shall be deemed as unlawful structure or use.
(2) The District Attorney may bring an action to enjoin, remove or
vacate any use, erection, moving or structural alteration of any
building or use in violation of this Ordinance.
(3) Any person who violates this Ordinance shall forfeit not less than
$100.00 together with taxable cost in such action and not more than
$200.00 for each violation. Each day of violation shall constitute

a separate offense.
