WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Highway Department received notfoe from the Division
of Highways, State of Wisconsin, that St, Croix County"s request for reverted Federal
Al�Secondary funds in the amount of $80,00000 for Project 71-E-1 has been approved,
and that said project must be let to contract prig to July 1, 1970 or these funds will
revert to the Commission for state-wide use.
WHEREAS, the Sty Croix County Highway Department does not have construction funds set
up for this project to match reverted FAS funds„
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the St. Croix County Highway Department be authorized to
transfer the amount of $90,000,00 from the County Maintenance and Snow Removal Fund to
the County Aid Road Construction Fund to pay its share of said project 71-E"l during
the year 1:970„
