RESOLUTION FOR SALE OF COUNTY PROPERTY
WHEREAS St. Croix County holds title to certain property for the
County Highway Department, originally procured for highway right-of-way; and
WHEREAS the following described property situated in St. Croix
County, to wit:
The west 60 feet of the east 110 feet of the south 300 feet of the
north 511 feet of the SV-4 of the SEk of Section 22, T30N-R19W,
containing 0.41 acre, more or less
is no longer required by said St. Croix County Highway Department for highway
purposes, and
WHEREAS a sale of said property has been negotiated at a fair and
reasonable price, to wit: One Dollar ($1.00). and other good and valuable con-
siderations to Lyle E. Langness and Genevieve G. Langness,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the County Clerk for St. Croix County
be authorized, and he is hereby so authorized, to execute a Quit Claim Deed
conveying all of said St. Croix County's right, title and interest in the
above described property to Tyle E. Langness and Genevieve G. Langness for the
aforesaid price of one dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable considerations.
