WHEREAS St. Croix County holds title to certain property for the
County Highway Department, originally procured for highway right-of-way; and
WHEREAS the following described property situated in St. Croix
County, to wit:
A parcel of land located in the NW4 of the NE4 of Section 11, T31-
R18W, described as follows: Commencing at the SE corner of the NE4
of the NE4 of said Section ll, thence S 120. 05' W a distance of 2.87
feet, thence S 880 51' W a distance of 835.89 feet, thence northwesterly
on a 6 degree right curve a distance of 1256.20 feet, thence N 150 46' 40"W
a distance of 109.32 feet to Station 11+00 of Project S 0557(11) dated
April 1968, thence southwesterly at right angles with the above described
reference line for a distance of 60 feet to the point of beginning,
thence continuing southwesterly at right angles to the above described
reference line for a distance of 20 feet, thence southeasterly parallel
with said reference line a distance of 300 feet, thence northeasterly in
a direct line to a point that is 60 feet distant at right angles to the
said reference line at Station 13+74, thence northwesterly parallel with
the said reference line to the point of beginning,
Containing 0.13 acre, more or less.
is no longer required by said St. Croix County Highway Department for highway
purposes, and
WHEREAS a sale of said property has been negotiated at a fair and
reasonable price, to wit: One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable con-
siderations to John M. Nutzmann and Eleanore Nutzmann,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the County.Clerk for St. Croix County
be authorized, and he is hereby so authorized, to execute a quit claim deed
conveying all of said St. Croix County's right, title and interest in the above
described property to John M. Nutzmann and Elennore Nutzmann for the aforesaid
price of One Dollar ($1.00).and other good and valuable considerations.
