WHEREAS St. Croix County.holds title to certain property for the
County Highway Department, originally procured for highway right-of-ways; and
WHEREAS the following described property situated in St. Croix
County, to wit:
A parcel of land located in the NW4 of the SE4 of Section 22,
T30N-R19W, described as follows: Beginning 50 feet west and 189
feet north of the SE corner of the NW-4 of the SE4 of said Sec. 22,
thence continuing north 250 feet, thence west 60 feet, thence south
250 feet, thence east 60 feet to the point of beginning.
Also an additional parcel of land located in the NW-4 of the SE4 of
said Section 22, described as follows Beginning 50 feet west and
639 feet north of the SE corner of the NW4 of the SEI of said Section
22, thence continuing north for a distance of 160 feet, thence west
25 feet, thence south 160 feet, thence east 25 feet to the point of
beginning.
Also the east 30 feet of the west 80 feet of the north 666 feet of
the NE4 of the SE4 of Section 22, T30N-R19W.
Containing 0.89 acre, more or less.
is no longer required by said St. Croix County.Highway Department for highway
purposes, and
WHEREAS a sale of said property has been negotiated at a fair and
reasonable price, to wit: One ($1..00) Dollar and other good and valuable con-
siderations to Harold J. Gillstrom and Anna Gillstrom,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the County Clerk for St. Croix County
be authorized, and he is hereby so authorized, to execute. a Quit Claim Deed
conveying all of said St. Croix County's right, title and interest in the above
described property to Harold J. Gillstrom and Anna Gillstrom for the aforesaid
price of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration.
