WHEREAS St. Croix County holds title to certain property for the
County Highway Department, originally procured for highway right-of-way; and
WHEREAS the following described property situated in St. Croix
County, to wit:
All that part of the Chicago, Saint Paul, Minneapolis and Omaha
Railway Company's abandoned right-of-way that extends southeasterly
from the west line of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter
(SE4 NE14) of Section Thirty-Three (33), Township Twenty-Nine (29)
North, Range Sixteen (16) West to the Northwesterly right-of-way
of County Trunk Highway "BB" that was laid out and constructed under
Project 62-BB-2.
County wishes to retain rights for sand, gravel, limerock and riprap
rock.
is no longer required by said St. Croix County Highway Department for highway
purposes, and
WHEREAS a sale of said property has been negotiated at a fair and
reasonable price, to wit: One ($1..00) Dollar and other good and valuable con-
siderations to JosephAlbrightsonand Dorothy Albrightson,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the County Clerk for St. Croix County
be authorized, and he is hereby so authorized, to execute a Quit Claim Deed
conveying all of said St. Croix County's right, title and interest in the above
described property to Joseph Albrightson and Dorothy Albrightson for the afore-
said price of One Dollar ($1`.00) and other good and valuable considerations.
