WHEREAS, Chapter 45:43 of the Laws of 1967 (45:43 Wisconsin
Statutes) states that the salary of the County Veterans Ser-
vice Officer shall be fixed by the County Board prior to or
at the time of his election and annually thereafter, and
WHEREAS, on Thursday, November 13, 1969 a motion was made and
carried establishing the salary of the Veterans Service Officer
for the next two years, and
WHEREAS, this motion doesn't comply with Statute 45:43 of the laws
of 1967 -
THEREFORE, be it resolved that the salary of the County Veterans
Service Officer be fixed according to Chapter 45:43 of Wisconsin
Statutes.
