WHEREAS on the day of y -* St. Croix
County entered into a contract for union representation of employees
within the County Court House, and
WHEREAS said contract specifically set forth the employees cov-
ered, and those specifically excluded from coverage, and among the --
employees so covered by the list furnished to the union, and approved
by St. Croix County, was the office of Register in Probate, and
WHEREAS said office of Register in Probate is a statutory office
created pursuant to Section 253.27, and said Register in Probate being

a supervisory personnel, and a department head .in itself, should be
excluded from the list of County employees.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the County Board of St.Croix
County, Wisconsin, strike from the list of covered employees, furn-
ished to the union, that of the office of Register in Probate.
