yRD NANCE CONCERNING BOARD AND MAINTENANCZ OF HUBER LAW PRISONERS
WHEREAS Chapter 92, Laws of 1971 amends Section 56.08(4) of
the Wisconsin Statutes to provide that the County may have an ordinance
requiring Huber Law prisoners in the St. Croix County Jail to pay board
and maintenance, the Board of Supervisors for. St. Croix County do ordinance
as follows:
Effective upon passage of this ordinance, such Huber Law prisoners
in the St. Croix County Jail who have gainful employment shall pay the full
per capita maintenance and coast for board as fixed annually by the Law
Enforcement Committee of the County BoardofSupervisors.
