WHEREAS the 1939 Wisconsin Le€islature made it legal for.the County Boards
to authorize the County Highway Committee and the Chairman of the County Board
to attend the Read Schools of the County Highway Committee's Association, and
WHEREAS the.County Highway Committee and the Chairman of the County Board
obtain a great deal of good information in regard to highway work and the high-
way financing, and thereby are better qualified to handle the County's highway
affairs by attending these read ach®o7s,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the County Beard of St. Croix County
hereby authorizes the County Highway Committee and the Chairman of the County
Board to attend those road schools with expenses and per diem paid.
