WHEREAS the St Croix County Beard of Supervisors at their February 1970
session authorized h7' resolution the St. Croix County Highway Department to
transfer the amount of $90*000.00 from the County !maintenance & Snow Removal
Fund to the County Aid - Road Construction Fund to pay its share of project
71-E-1 during the year 1970, and
WHEREAS the amount of $90,000,00 was raised at the November 1970 session
Of the St. Croix County.Board of ,Supervisors to enable the St. Croix County
Highway Department to finish paying their share of said project and return the
balance of funds to the County Maintenance $ Snow Removal Fund in 1971, and
WHEREAS the expenditures by the St. Croix County Highway Department for
project 71-E-1 totaled $123,936.95.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED 'that the St. Croix County Highway Department
be authorized to transfer the *, rAxponded balance of $560063.05 from the County
Aid - Read Constructi.on Fund to the County Maintenance &Snow Removal Fund.
